Welcome to Wacky Wednesday #9! Hi there, everyone! I’m Bev Gerard (a.k.a. TexasGrammy), and it’s my pleasure to present today’s WW9 challenge, “Heat it Up, Baby!” So, what on earth does that mean? Let’s get out our heat tools and use them on this week’s challenge! You might heat to crinkle or melt ribbon, or heat to use emboss resist, or maybe just heat emboss! It’s your choice for your own personal creativity!
Here's my contribution to get your mojo warmed up. I used one of the brand new backgrounds from Rubbernecker, Abstract Floral, along with the Petite Word Set. I stamped the background using orange pigment ink on hot pink cardstock, then clear heat embossed. Next, I stamped onto a deep orange card using pink pigment ink. Again, it’s clear heat embossed. After trimming the pink cardstock, it was layered atop the orange card. The seam is hidden behind the scrumptious May Arts Ribbon. The sentiment was stamped and adhered behind a Tim Holtz Fragments Charm, and tied to the bow with a bit of metallic cord. Voila!

INKS >> Craft Only Orange, Craft Pink Passion
PAPERS >> Poison Ivory, Only Orange, Pink Passion
ACCESSORIES >> Ranger Clear Embossing Powder, May Arts Ribbon, Glossy Accents, Tim Holtz Fragments – Charms, Heat Tool
