Boy, Wednesdays sure do seem to sneak up on me pretty fast! I have been a real stampin' fool this month as I am trying to participate in the Hope You Can Cling To challenges hosted by Splitcoaststampers. My card I have to share with you today is for one of those challenges where we are to make a circle card. I used my circle, lacey circle and fleur de lis motif Nestabilities for my circle card today.
These sweet flowers are from a set called Wildflower Set. I used a blender pen and ink to color them and centered each one with a champagne pearl.
It's hard to see in the photo but I stamped Rubbernecker's Lace background stamp in Spun Sugar (pale pink) on the white circle and then stamped the French Script bg in Crumb Cake over that. I sponged the edges of the two top layers with Crumb Cake and Soft Suede inks.
Here's a complete list of my supplies:
Stamps: Wildflower Set, French Script and Lace bg
Paper: White, Crumb Cake, Soft Suede
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black, Stampin’ Up Crumb Cake, Soft Suede; Ranger Spun Sugar
Accessories: circle, lacey circle, and fleur de lis motif Nestabilities, champagne pearls, pink organdy ribbon, sponge dauber, dimensionals, slot punch
Be sure to stop back tomorrow to see what my talented stampin' sister, Karen, has in store for you!
